I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Homemade Ice Cream!

I wanted to add the song to this post, but only found the lyrics and some different versions on YouTube. So no song, just a picture of my Homemade Ice Cream.

I know summer is here when we pull out our Ice Cream Churn. This has been a tradition in my family since childhood. I remember when I was really little, we had a wooden churn with a manual handle, then later on we got the electric kind--which was nice. My Mom often puts fresh peaches or strawberries in it. It's all good--especially on a hot summer afternoon.

I go to shabbyprincess.com and look for the free downloads. then i go to photobucket.com and upload the paper or items I want to upload onto my blog... Then you have to go into the html of your blog. call me when you decide to do it and i can walk you through the rest.

ok, don't make fun, but i just recently found out that there are elecric ones now, when i was little, we all took turns to make ice cream and it was too much work for me, ha! so, now, i want one of these!!
