Problems Uploading Pictures?

Does anyone have problems uploading your pictures to your posts besides me? I have been trying all morning to post 2 pictures and it won't take. This has happened before and I had to just wait awhile and come back to it. I'm not sure if the blogger is having problems or what. My laptop is working fine with everything else so I figure it must be the blogger. Let me know if you have had this happen and what you did to make it work. Thanks!
